1. Who we are

Macada Innovision B.V. (“we”, “us”) is the controller for personal data processed via our website and webshop (including product configuration for glass/mirrors/projection systems, orders, accounts and contact).

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

Orders & checkout (including guest checkout)
Name, company name, email address, phone number, shipping and/or billing address, optional VAT number, order and product details (including your glass configuration), shipping choice, payment status and order history.

Customer account (My account)
Login details (such as email), saved addresses, order history and account preferences. Passwords are stored securely; registration may send a link to set a password.

Contact forms
Data you submit (for example name, email, message) via our contact forms (WPForms).

Newsletter
Email address (and any other fields) when you subscribe via the footer newsletter form.

Technical & usage data
IP address, browser/device data, logs, cookie IDs and similar technologies. Google Tag Manager may load measurement or marketing tags (subject to your cookie consent).

Communications
Emails about orders, accounts, service and — with consent — newsletter/marketing.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

• perform the contract (quotes, orders, payment, delivery, account) — performance of a contract;
• meet legal obligations (including accounting/tax retention) — legal obligation;
• secure the site/shop, prevent fraud and improve our services — legitimate interests;
• newsletter/marketing and non-essential cookies/trackers — consent (withdrawable).

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Mollie (including iDEAL). Mollie processes payment data as a payment provider/(sub-)processor. See Mollie’s privacy policy as well.

5. Shipping

For delivery we share necessary address and contact details with our shipping/logistics partners in connection with your order.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies (for example cart, session, language) and, with consent via our cookie banner (CookieYes), analytics/marketing cookies.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-57T34C4M) is present on the site; which tags are active determines which third parties may receive data. You can manage consent via the cookie banner/settings.

7. Recipients / third parties

Data may be shared with:

• hosting and IT providers;
• the WooCommerce/WordPress stack and plugins required to run the shop;
• Mollie (payments);
• shipping partners;
• email/form processing (for example WPForms / mail infrastructure);
• measurement/marketing services via Tag Manager (where required, only with consent);
• authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your personal data.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (for example Google) may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as offered by those providers.

9. Retention

• Order and invoice data: as long as needed for the contract and legal retention (typically up to 7 years for tax records).
• Account data: while the account is active, then deletion/anonymisation after a reasonable period or on request.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookie/measurement data: according to the tool settings and your consent.

10. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Absolute security of internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.

11. Your rights

You may have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Contact info@macada-innovision.nl. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

12. Children

Our webshop is not primarily directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental/guardian consent.
